Gemma W Roberts FCCA joined Pool & Patel as a partner in 2000, bringing a wealth of audit and accounting experience to the firm’s leadership team. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Gemma has built a reputation for thoroughness, professionalism, and genuine client care.

Gemma leads the firm’s audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning financial services, hospitality, the public sector, and non-profit organisations. Her methodical approach to audit planning and execution supports robust, compliant and insightful financial reporting.

Beyond her client-facing role, Gemma plays a key part in the firm’s quality assurance and professional development programmes. She is committed to mentoring junior staff and supporting their progression through professional qualifications.
